Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your new art. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Note: If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
  • Important: Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as they cannot be processed or refunded.

Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the art is damaged in transit, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund to make it right.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that banks typically take 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account.
